what is cross cutting and when can it be used?
cross cutting is the video editing technique of switching back and fourth between two scenes, it is often giving the impression that the action which is happening in different locations is unfolding at the same moment of the scene it was being cut from. it can be used when more than one plot exsists in the show, or when the show is setting the characters up for what is about to come.
Excellent answer, Eloise.
